Adult Day Services
Wesley Evergreen Adult Day Services is a program designed to give more purpose and meaning to the daily lives of adults who are partly dependent on others for assistance with tasks of daily living. While their usual caregivers rest, go to work, or fulfill other obligations, Wesley Evergreen provides a friendly and supervised setting for their loved ones.
Besides enjoying the planned daily activities, program participants who need them may make use of on-site therapies, the blood-draw station, and other services. Medication supervision and personal care are provided. A balanced lunch and snacks are served daily.
Fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on income, with scholarships available. Transportation can be provided within a defined area for an additional fee.
