What are adult day services?
Whether they live in their own homes or reside with children, older adult family members sometimes need or would benefit from supervision or socialization during the day while their caregivers work or rest. Wesley Evergreen is designed to serve these needs.
What do the participants do while at Evergreen?
Each day is filled with supervised entertainment, games, cooking, movies, gardening, and chair exercise classes. A balanced lunch and snacks are served daily.
How much does Wesley Evergreen cost?
Wesley Evergreen charges a competitive daily rate. A sliding scale is available for participants whose incomes make this fee a hardship.
Is transportation to Wesley Evergreen available?
Evergreen provides transportation within specified limits for a fee.
When is Wesley Evergreen open?
Open weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Are there a minimum number of days a week a participant must attend?
Participants may attend from one to five days a week, depending on their needs. We also offer hourly rates if you are not in need of a full day.
