Wesley’s outpatient rehabilitation program provides residents of Saratoga Springs and the surrounding communities with an exceptional treatment resource staffed by skilled, caring professionals in physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Personally committed to helping each patient achieve his or her highest possible level of function and comfort, Wesley’s physical, occupational, and speech therapists take the time and care to assure a positive rehabilitation experience. In addition to providing state-of-the-art treatment modalities, including a therapeutic pool, Wesley’s outpatient staff offers hands-on therapy and individual instruction. They understand that for rehabilitation to be truly effective, it must address the needs of the whole person.
Wesley’s experienced outpatient rehabilitation staff participates in continuing education and attend conferences and lectures to broaden their horizons and obtain additional knowledge in their fields of expertise.

Traditional Therapies
Wesley’s outpatient therapy programs are offered through the only free-standing service in the area to incorporate physical, occupational and speech therapy in one unified program. Our staff members treat patients of all ages, specializing in programs from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Physical therapy specialties include, but are not limited to:

Aquatic Program
Aquatic programs help people of all ages and can be incorporated into many personal rehabilitation plans. Through Wesley’s aquatic programs, individuals take an active role in improving their physical strength, joint mobility, balance, coordination and endurance.

Urinary Incontinence Program
We employ a combination of exercise, diet, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation in a one-on-one private setting to treat patients with urinary incontinence. Up to 95% of patients using therapeutic intervention show significant improvement.

Obesity Programs
Wesley has developed a specialty program designed for obese individuals whose weight problems have resulted in restricted mobility due to joint or back pain or other conditions. The obesity program uses our aquatic pool to deal with both symptoms and the underlying problem.

Pediatric Therapy Services
Our pediatric program offers a comprehensive occupational, physical and speech therapy evaluations and treatment for children from birth to adolescence, with developmental, neurological, and/or orthopedic needs.

CORE Evaluations
Wesley’s outpatient therapies program is an approved provider of CORE evaluations and therapy services for the Committee on Preschool Special Education and Early Intervention.
