OUTPATIENT THERAPY AT WESLEY HOSTING QIGONG-BEGINNER INTRODUCTORY CLASS

The Wesley Community is pleased to be hosting a Qigong-Beginner Introductory Class by Ed Hubbell, MSOM, licensed acupuncturist and oriental medicine.  Please join us to experience the ancient Chinese art of gentle but dynamic exercise and meditation to influence the flow of Qi or life force.  This class will be held on Tuesday, February 24th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Embury Commons (within The Wesley Community), 133 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs.  You must be registered to attend and there is a $5.00 fee.  Please call Outpatient Therapy at 691-2454.  For further information about The Wesley Community, please call Lorrie Shilling, Director of Marketing at 691-1563.
