Wesley Evergreen Adult Day Services receives $24,500 Grant

The Wesley Foundation is pleased to announce that it has received a $24,500 grant from the Alfred Z. Solomon Charitable Trust to be used to upgrade the facilities of Wesley Evergreen Adult Day Services at The Wesley Community. Wesley thanks the Alfred Z. Solomon Charitable Trust for providing us with these funds. This project would not have taken place without this financial support.

The Alfred Z. Solomon Charitable Trust, established following Mr. Solomon’s death at the age of 104, considers funding projects and programs for nonprofit scientific, educational and charitable organizations.

Wesley Evergreen Adult Day Services programs are designed to serve the needs of the elderly through a comprehensive and supervised program while enjoying social activities throughout the day. Caregivers and family members are able to run errands, relax and maintain employment obligations with peace of mind. Wesley Evergreen is open Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 in the evening. For more information, call the director, at (518) 587-3600, ext. 1443.
