The Wesley Foundation
The Wesley Foundation is the philanthropic arm for The Wesley Community affiliates: Wesley Health Care Center, Wesley Outpatient Therapies, Embury Apartments, Evergreen Adult Day Services, and Woodlawn Commons Senior Living. The Wesley Foundation is committed to broadening the mission of The Wesley Community by conveying the needs of its residents and clients and by building relationships to provide resources to enhance the quality of their daily living and well-being. Created in 1999, The Wesley Foundation is a public charity under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service.

Each year, residents and their families, staff and friends provide The Wesley Foundation with much-needed financial assistance through outright gifts of cash, securities, or other property. Outright gifts have an immediate impact and are used to support the current needs of the Wesley community.

The Wesley Society
The Wesley Society was developed to honor our leadership donors who contribute gifts of $10,000 or more or make planned giving arrangements for the benefit of The Wesley Foundation. Society members are recognized at an annual luncheon and on a donor plaque at Wesley.
